At least 2 hurt after highway shooting in Mandaluyong
MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Sunday reported that two lanes were affected after a shooting incident occurred on EDSA Reliance southbound in Mandaluyong City.
At least two were injured from the shooting incident, according to reports. It occurred at 3:23 p.m. and involved a white van.

MMDA said its personnel and members of the Eastern Police District are now on the site to investigate the incident.
State news agency Philippine Television said a portion of the EDSA-Reliance southbound lane was temporarily closed following the incident.
ABS-CBN earlier reported that sounds of gunshots in front of VRP Medical Center in Mandaluyong City were heard and alarmed the residents in the area.
A video shared by the news agency on Twitter showed at least two people being taken out of a white van to the hospital's emergency room across the street.
