Rizal inmate dies

MANILA, Philippines —  An inmate in the municipal jail in Binangonan, Rizal died after complaining of chest pain on Sunday.

Pedro Montes, who was facing theft charges, died while being treated at the Margarito Duavit Hospital, according to Senior Superintendent Dionisio Bartolome, Rizal police director.
