Mini bus rolls over in Mountain Province; 41 hurt

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — At least 41 people were injured when a mini bus crashed and rolled over along the provincial road in Sitio Mauwuy, Barangay Chupac in Barlig, Mountain Province yesterday. 

The Cordillera police said the driver of the Natonin-Barlig bus (AYS-409), John Gammonac, lost control of the wheel while navigating a sloping portion of the road at around 9:59 a.m.

Most of the injured passengers were taken to the Barlig Distric Hospital for treatment. Eight with critical injuries were brought to the Bontoc General Hospital.
