3-year-old toddler kidnapped in Manila

MANILA, Philippines — A three-year-old boy was allegedly snatched in front of his family’s house in Sta. Cruz, Manila Thursday morning.

Beverly dela Rema went to the Manila Police District Station 3 yesterday and reported that her son, identified in the police report as “Biboy,” was kidnapped while playing with her relatives in front of their house on Dimasalang street at around 9 a.m.

Dela Rema said a man identified only by his nickname, “Marian,” was seen cuddling the child and walking away from the area and boarding a jeepney.

Police said Marian was also reportedly involved in robberies in Sta. Cruz and Sampaloc.
