Germany hiring Pinoy nurses

MANILA, Philippines — Hundreds of jobs are available for Filipino nurses in Germany, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) announced recently.

The POEA said it is accepting applications for 400 slots for nurses under the Germany’s Triple Win project.

Duly licensed Filipino nurses with at least two years experience in hospitals or care institutions may apply for the job.

The POEA said applicants must be proficient in the German language or willing to undergo training from October to November to be paid by the employer.

Those who will be hired will receive a starting salary of 1,900 Euro, which will increase to 2,300 euro after recognition as a qualified nurse. 

Qualified applicants may register online at www.register.poea.gov.ph and personally submit the required documents to the POEA until Aug. 14.
