MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 5.2 earthquake hit Davao Oriental on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
Phivolcs said the epicenter of the quake, which occurred at around 10:59 p.m., was located 32 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso town.
The quake was felt at Intensity 3 in Davao City and Intensity 2 in Mati, Davao Oriental and Mabini, Compostella Valley as well as General Santos City.
Phivolcs said no damage was reported from the quake, but aftershocks are expected.
