PAGASA: Tropical Storm Caloy might not hit land
MANILA, Philippines — The state weather bureau PAGASA on Tuesday said that Tropical Storm Caloy (international name: Jelawat) might not make landfall over any part of the country.
This, PAGASA said, is due to the storm’s recurving track. "Caloy" entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility Tuesday morning.
