LINGAYEN, Philippines — Two drug suspects were arrested in separate police operations in San Carlos City and Mangaldan town in Pangasinan on Saturday afternoon.
Regan Barongan, 37, of Calasiao town was collared by a joint team of the San Carlos City police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in a sting in Barangay Roxas.
Barongan reportedly yielded two plastic sachets said to contain shabu, a phone, a motorcycle and marked money.
Meanwhile, Noel Lomibao, 53, was arrested by members of the Mangaldan police and PDEA agents in another sting in Barangay Buenlag.
The arresting team said they seized from Lomibao several plastic sachets said to contain shabu, a pair of scissors, a cigarette lighter and marked money.
