MANILA, Philippines — A man accused of murdering two Japanese men in Palawan last year was arrested in Tarlac on Saturday.
Leovino Aniciete, 66, a resident of Barangay lrawan, Puerto Princesa, has a pending warrant for murder issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 49 Judge Arnel Cesar last Aug. 11.
Aniciete was collared at his hideout in Barangay Poblacion Uno, Pura.
The suspect is on the list of most wanted persons in Palawan.
