TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan, Philippines — Three persons were arrested for illegal possession of firearms in Abra on Thursday.
Cesar Blanes, 48, and Manuel Labaoan, 40, were collared based on warrants issued by local courts at their houses in Barangay Calaba, Bangued and Cabaroan, Tayum, respectively.
Also in Tayum, Angelo Alfiler, 47, was nabbed after a raid on his house yielded a rifle.
