CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – Two persons drowned in separate incidents in Bataan on Monday.
Manuelito Martin, 21, a resident of Barangay Paraiso in Orani, was reportedly swept away by the strong current when he went swimming in the sea in Barangay Banawang, Bagac.
Michael del Rosario, 23, a resident of Meycauayan, Bulacan, was carried away by big waves on a beach in Morong.
The bodies of the victims were recovered after several hours.
