LA TRINIDAD, Benguet , Philippines – A laborer reportedly committed suicide inside a classroom at an elementary school in Pudtol, Apayao on Tuesday.
Raffy Bangalan, 35, was found hanging from the rafter of the room at around 7 a.m.
Police said Bangalan attempted to kill himself by hanging at a building being constructed at the Cacalaggan Elementary School on Saturday, but was prevented by his co-worker.
