Cops face raps over lawyer slay

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Philippines – Two police officers face criminal charges over the killing of the chief of staff of Apayao Gov. Elias Bulut Jr.

Police Officer 1 Clifford Dulnuan, 32, was charged with murder and included in the charge sheet for parricide filed against PO2 Jennifer Apada, wife of slain lawyer Jemar Apada.?

Dulnuan allegedly shot dead Jemar when the victim found him and Jennifer sleeping together at the couple’s home in Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya on Dec. 1.

Dulnuan surrendered to his colleagues in Kiangan, Ifugao on Dec. 4. He was placed under the protective custody of the provincial public safety company in Bayombong. ?
