TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Two construction workers were killed when their motorcycle hit a concrete barrier along the highway in Barangay Dikawa, Piddig, Ilocos Norte on Wednesday.
Norlan Remorin and Billy Guerrero were not wearing helmets when the accident occurred, said Inspector Jake Isidro, Piddig police chief.
The victims were pronounced dead on arrival at the Piddig District Hospital.
