Bar owner shot dead

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A bar owner was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men near her home in Tanza, Cavite Sunday.

Ruthcel Lintag, owner of Tres Bonitos restaurant and videoke bar, died while being treated at the Divine Grace Medical Hospital, said Police Officer 1 Mark Joseph Tambanillo.

Lintag had just arrived home from the bar when she was shot in front of the gate in Barangay Biwas at around 7 a.m.

Tambanillo said the gunmen took the victim’s phone and cash amounting to P15,000.
