Pangasinan’s most wanted falls

ASINGAN, Pangasinan, Philippines – This province’s most wanted person was arrested at past midnight yesterday.

Ruben Sagun, alias Bitoy, 34, a resident of Barangay Baligayan, San Quintin town, was collared in Barangay Ariston West in this town.

Sagun’s arrest was based on a warrant issued on July 16, 2008 by Pangasinan Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 53 Judge Teodorico Alfonso Bauzon for robbery.

Sagun also has a standing warrant for murder issued by Judge Emma Ines-Parajas of Pangasinan RTC Branch 52 on Nov. 24, 2008.
