MANILA, Philippines - Two persons were wounded during a shooting incident in Manila before noon Tuesday.
Quoting an official of the Manila Police District, a radio report said that the incident happened on Rodriguez Street in Balut, Tondo, shortly before noon.
The two victims were brought to the Tondo Medical Center.
Police are still investigating the incident.
