15 hurt in EDSA bus mishap

MANILA, Philippines - At least 15 people were hurt on Wednesday after a passenger bus collided with another bus in Makati City.

Quoting the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority's monitoring center, Metrobase, a radio report said the accident happened on the southbound lane of Edsa in Buendia, Makati City.

Initial report said a Ralph Benz bus bumped the rear of another passenger bus, Precious Grace, in the area of Buendia.

The report added that due to the road mishap, traffic of the southbound of Edsa has become heavy, with the snarl reaching as far as Ortigas area.
