CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – An Indian businessman engaged in money lending was gunned down by a lone assassin in front of his residence in Lipa City, Batangas last Sunday, police said.
The victim, Jaspal Singh, 33, who hailed from Panjab, India, died from multiple gunshot wounds from a .45-caliber pistol while being treated at the Mary Mediatrix Medical Center Hospital Sunday afternoon.
