CAMARINES NORTE, Philippines – A 65-year-old grandmother was run over by a Philippine National Railways train while crossing the tracks in Pili, Camarines Sur yesterday, authorities said.
Police identified the victim as Iluminada Galvan, a junk dealer and resident of Barangay Sagrada, Pili town.
Last Friday, two drunk men who fell asleep on the railroad tracks suffered the same fate in Ragay, Camarines Sur.
