Angeles sets mass testing of entertainers for AIDS

ANGELES CITY A mass testing of female entertainers here was started yesterday by the local city health office to establish who were infected by the deadly Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) from an American who was deported recently.
Mayor Carmelo "Tarzan" Lazatin told reporters that he ordered the testing of sex workers in the city to prevent them from infecting other individuals with AIDS.
Earlier, regional director of the Bureau of Immigration Rico Pedrealba said that one Roy Henry Coleman, 40, of Oklahoma, in the United States who stayed in Angeles City was recently deported after determining that he was afflicted with HIV.
Health authorities received reports that the American had sex with at least two workers in this city. Ric Sapnu
