Bar exams kick off today

MANILA, Philippines – A total of 7,146 law graduates will take this year’s Bar exams, which kick off today.

The four-Sunday exams will be held at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) in Manila.

UST gates will open at 5 a.m. and 12 noon on the examination days.

The examinees were required to use see-through bags to ensure their security.

Supreme Court Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo–de Castro, was appointed chairman of the 2015 Bar exams committee.

In 2010, a grenade explosion marred the Bar exams at the De La Salle University in Manila.
