Bukidnon bettor wins P277.9-M lotto prize

MANILA, Philippines – A player from Malaybalay City, Bukidnon has won the P277.9-million prize in Friday’s 6/58 Ultra Lotto draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

It took 69 draws for a player to win the biggest jackpot of the PCSO’s newest game, according to Conrado Zabella, PCSO assistant general manager for the gaming sector.

He said the player bought the winning ticket from a lotto outlet in Malaybalay City and placed a P100 bet on the winning combination, 22-09-24-16-52-42.
