MANILA, Philippines - A policeman lost his motorcycle inside the compound of the Manila Police District (MPD) headquarters along United Nations Avenue at dawn yesterday.
Police Officer 2 Panric Mempin of the MPD’s public safety battalion said his Suzuki motorcycle with license plate 8635-NN was stolen while parked at the headquarters at around 1 a.m.
Mempin reported the incident to the MPD anti-car theft unit.
It was not the first time that motorcycle thieves hit the police station.
