2 bodies found in Manila
MANILA, Philippines - The bodies of two men were found in separate places in Manila Wednesday night and yesterday morning.
A man said to be between 35 and 40 years old was found blindfolded with a red handkerchief and three gunshot wounds in the head at the top of the Nagtahan-Zamora Bridge in Beata, Pandacan early yesterday morning.
The victim was discovered by a certain Erick Perez just before 5 a.m., Police Officer 2 Dennis Turla said.
On Wednesday night, a man between 30 and 35 years old was fished out of Manila Bay at Sitio Damayan in Tondo.
The victim’s face, hands and feet were wrapped with duct tape. Probers discovered a deep wound in the victim’s chest and his whole body was covered with bruises.
