MANILA, Philippines - A man’s suicide attempt snarled traffic in Quiapo, Manila yesterday afternoon.
The man threatened to jump off the Quezon Bridge at past 1 p.m.
Rescue teams from the Red Cross and Manila Fire Department were able to get the man down after two hours.
The man was not immediately identified.
He refused to answer questions from the rescuers and media.
