LTFRB accepts complaints vs PUVs via email

MANILA, Philippines - As classes start today, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board announced it is now accepting complaints against public utility vehicles (PUVs) through email. 

LTFRB chairman Winston Ginez made the announce Friday through his Twitter account.

“May reklamo ka sa pampublikong sasakyan? Email us (at) [email protected] ... Indicate your complete name, address and contact number,” @LTFRB_Chairman tweeted. 

The LTFRB said its public assistance and complaints desk can still be reached through numbers 0921-4487777  and 426-2515.

“Kindly call us if you have complaints and comments,” the board added.
