Japanese tourist loses camera to GRO

-
A Japanese tourist lost an expensive camera to a pretty guest relations officer (GRO) whom he had brought home from an Ermita nightclub to spend the night with last week.

In a complaint he filed only yesterday with the General Assignments Section of the Western Police District, businessman Hisashi Igarashi, 51, temporarily staying at a rented room in 1201 M.H. Del Pilar Street, said he went to the Lakay Disco Pub in J. Bocobo Street to have some drinks.

There, he met the pretty GRO whom he identified only as a certain "Heart." At about 3 a.m. and after a couple of drinks, Igarashi invited Heart to go home with him.

At his rented room, Igarashi said he and the GRO had an argument after she allegedly refused to have sex with him.

Soon afterwards, Igarashi said he then fell asleep. He woke up several hours later only to find out that the GRO had already left. To his surprise, he also found his room in disarray and with all the drawers ransacked.

When he checked, he found out that his Yashica camera worth P20,000 was already missing from one of the opened drawers. – Mike Frialde
