Mentally ill man knifed

CEBU, Philippines - A 25-year-old man who is mentally ill was found bleeding from stab wounds early morning the other day in Lapu-Lapu City.

Arnold Estrores Arminion, single, of sitio Langub, barangay Poblacion was taken to hospital.

Relatives said Arminion became ill after the death of his father. His mother had abandoned him.

Police said Arminion would wander in the market and would sometimes touch the private parts of just about anybody he meets in the streets.

He had been beaten by bystanders.

Policemen are still looking for the person who stabbed Arminion.  (FREEMAN)
