CEBU, Philippines - A 22-year-old construction worker was found hanging by the neck inside his room following an argument with his live-in partner yesterday morning in barangay Tungkop, Minglanilla town.

Roger Villeta was declared dead upon arrival at the Minglanilla District Hospital.

Police said an alleged jealous Villeta and live-in partner Chimby Libradilla were quarrelling when Libradilla left reportedly to turn away from the argument.

When Libradilla came back, she found Villeta hanging by the neck. (FREEMAN)
