Car abandoned near subdivision

CEBU, Philippines - Police are now tracing the owner of an abandoned car outside the vicinity of Aldea Subdivision in barangay Bangkal, Lapu-Lapu City after it figured in a hit-and-run incident in sitio Kauswagan in barangay Bangkal, Lapu-Lapu City last Tuesday evening.

Jay-R Pagobo, of legal age, trisikad driver and his passenger Julieta Silawan, of legal age, both of barangay Bangkal, was taken to hospital after being hit by a white KIA car. Bystanders said the car didn't stop.

Police later found the car, with plate number JCA 465, abandoned outside Aldea Subdivision and residents in the area said the car is owned by a Korean national. - THE FREEMAN
