CEBU, Philippines - The Consolacion municipal council has approved a resolution which urges all barangay captains to submit their respective barangay drainage plans so that these could be included in the town's master drainage plan.
Councilor Iluminado Alin said one of the problems that affects the town at present is drainage, especially near the subdivisions.
Alin said the problem cannot be addressed without the support and cooperation of the barangay officials.
"Daghan na kaayo nga gipangtukod nga subdivision karon sa Consolacion, busa gikinahanglan nga muhimo na kitang daan ug mga pagpangandam," Alin said. - THE FREEMAN
