The always delightful Caruso Ristorante Italiano owner Emilio Mina organized an unforgettable musical bonanza at his famed restaurant. Aptly titled Appassionatamente and attended by VIPs like Rustan Commercial Corporation chairman and CEO Nedy Tantoco, the event was dedicated to Emilio’s lovely wife Evelyn Mina and featured the musical stylings of renowned Italian singer Ilaria Della Bidia and beloved Filipino crooner Jose Mari Chan alongside his equally talented daughter Lisa.
