MANILA, Philippines – Diamond Hotel Philippines officially begins the celebration of the holidays with the lighting of its 25-foot Christmas Tree decorated with festive ornaments and dolls dressed in the national costumes of the Asia Pacific Economic Forum (APEC) participating and visiting economies. From December 16-24, there will be live performances on different days whether from the Bayanihan, the Philippine National Folk Dance Company, dance groups from different countries, or the Regina Coeli Choir. At the lighting of the Christmas tree are Miss World Philippines 2015 Hillarie Danielle Parungao, Tingting Cojuangco, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of Japan Tetsuro Amano, Ana Maria Romandetto, Mexican Ambassador Julio Camarena Villaseñor, Minister Counsellor Wibanarto Eugenius of the Protocol and Consular Affairs of Indonesia, Carmela Ang of Diamond Hotel Philippines, and Vanessa Suatengco, general manager of Diamond Hotel Philippines.
