Soluna launch stirs take-up of innovative Bacoor homes

MANILA, Philippines - A dragon dance drew in good luck but the striking model homes of Soluna were the real magnets in the grand launch rite for the new residential community along Molino Boulevard in Bacoor, Cavite recently.

Officials of boutique developer GeoEstate Development Corp. recently launched 30 residential lots in the first phase Soluna along Molino Boulevard in Bacoor, Cavite. The brisk sales signal the early success of the 5.5 hectare community .

GeoEstate chairman and CEO Francisco H. Licuanan III and Yuchengco Group of Companies chairperson Helen Y. Dee led the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Soluna sales pavilion.

“Soluna has several advantages. One is the location. Bacoor is actually centrally located and it’s actually the next city right after Metro Manila,” said Licuanan. “The Daang Hari Road connects it to Alabang and we’re even closer to Manila going through the Coastal Road.”

With less than 200 houses, Soluna is an intimate community.

“We feel it would become more like the communities in the old days, where we know our neighbors, we are friends with each other and our children play together,” Licuanan said. “That also helps with regard to security; you feel a lot safer because you know the people around you.”

Soluna homebuyers have three designs they can choose from: Luna, Estella and Selena with livable floor areas of 112, 104 and 82 sqm. respectively.  Each house features contemporary design, provision for at least three bedrooms, three toilets and baths, a separate maid’s room with its own toilet and bath, and a semi-open garage for two cars.

Soluna model houses are available for viewing at the site. For inquiries, visit soluna.com.ph or call 533-2841, 6346-6835737 or 0905-5480369.
