MANILA, Philippines - Vintage Restore has a new home: The Podium (lower ground). The store still exudes the same vintage vibe with a very relaxed ambiance that makes clients feel very much at home.
Vintage Restore has evolved. From a wide variety of repairs for leather bags, wallets and belts, it has expanded its work to include the restoration of shoes, watchstraps, and leather jackets. Vintage Restore has a new recoloring technology that revives the color of your Louis Vuitton vachetta leather parts without damaging the stitches. The store also has a new metallic dye finish that can restore faded metallic leather bags, shoes, and wallets. It is also the only leather repair shop that can replate metal parts of bags such as chain straps, metal logos, metal rings, and a lot more.
Vintage Restore carries one of Manila’s top bag designers, Lally Dizon. A co-owner of Vintage Restore, she has come up with a new collection of leather goods using exotic skins such as croc and snake.
Bag doctor Trisha Cruz Cuason, who oversees the three Vintage Restore branches, also has a line of vintage jewelry called Our Treasure Trove. She has added pieces from Natalya Lagdameo and other jewelry designers.
Edna Cruz, the matriarch of Vintage Restore, is still there to lend her expertise to her two daughters.
