MANILA, Philippines — As part of continuing Disenyo at Talento Series, Tesoros launched last Apr. 24 its collaboration with Crystal Seas – the mother-and-daughter team of Mae and Carmaela Alcantara from Davao. Their blouses and bags are appreciated for the fine workmanship inspired by the pearl-embroidery and natural motifs of the T’boli and B’laan indigenous communities, also from Davao.
