At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated at 750 kms east of southern Mindanao. An intertropical convergence zone prevails over the Visayas and Minda­nao.

The Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal waters in the western section of Luzon will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.

Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 25-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 16-24; Tagaytay City, 21-31; Subic and Clark zone, 24-32; Metro Cebu, 26-33; Metro Davao, 26-32; and Cagayan de Oro, 23-32.
