The tail-end of a cold front extends across Southern Luzon, while an intertropical convergence zone affects the Visayas and Mindanao.

The eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, becoming widespread rains over the northern and eastern sections of the Visayas and the Bicol region, including Aurora and Quezon.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in extreme Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.

Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 25-30 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 16-23; Tagaytay City, 24-27; Subic, Clark zone and lahar areas, 23-34; Metro Cebu and Metro Davao, 24-30; and Cagayan de Oro, 23-30.
