Andaya bids Titans farewell

MANILA, Philippines — Choco Mucho coach Dante Alinsunurin had hoped that his setter, Tia Andaya, would return next year.

Andaya quashed that anticipation after bidding the Flying Titans goodbye.

“It truly was an unforgettable journey,” said the former Gonzaga and Central Washington stalwart on her Instagram post.

It wasn’t an easy journey for Andaya as she couldn’t find opportunities with both Choco Mucho and Alas Pilipinas during her brief stint. She had no regrets though.

“The road wasn’t always smooth, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. It was an honor to play both with and for you all,” she said.
