MANILA, Philippines — Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto started his state visit in the Philippines on Tuesday ahead of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation leaders' meeting.
Peña Nieto arrived at the Villamor Air Base in Manila and was welcomed by Vice President Jejomar “Jojo” Binay and Tourism Secretary Ramon Jimenez Jr.
