Although they are committed to somebody else in real life, Jason Abalos and Sophie Albert create a sexy chemistry in Bihag, their first TV team-up which premieres today at 3:25 (after Dragon Lady) on the GMA Afternoon Prime. Jason has been going steady with beauty queen Vickie Rushton (one-time Bb. Pilipinas first runner-up who’s competing with 39 other aspirants in the same pageant) while Sophie, a new Kapuso recruit (from TV5), is Vin Abrenica’s girlfriend.
In the series directed by Neal del Rosario, Jason plays a pediatric surgeon married to Max Collins as his simple and loving wife. Sophie plays the third wheel who comes between the characters of Jason and Max.
