MANILA, Philippines — On leave Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna spent her Christmas with her loved ones in a family reunion held in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
In her Instagram account, Ellen’s aunt, Mia posted a photo where the Adarna family can be seen wearing Christmas sweaters.
“Merry Christmas from my family to yours!” Mia wrote as a caption, adding the hashtag #UglySweaterEdition.
However, netizens are looking for Ellen’s boyfriend, on leave Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz, who was noticeably missing in the family photo.
It was also unclear if the baby boy being carried by Ellen’s mother, Meriam Go was Elias Modesto, the celebrity couple’s child.
In another photo posted by Ellen’s aunt, the actress was seen bonding and sharing a light moment with her cousins beside the Christmas tree.
It can be recalled that earlier this year, John Lloyd joined Ellen’s family during their New Year’s celebration.
John Lloyd and Ellen have been in showbiz hiatus for over a year now and are yet to release a statement on a possible comeback.
Ellen gave birth to their son last June, as confirmed by her lawyer. She is still facing a child abuse and cybercrime case filed by the mother of the teenage girl she accused as a “paparazzi.”
