WATCH: K-pop superstars’ legendary basement party

SEOUL, South Korea — Philstar.com got an exclusive access to the opening of Gabbia’s basement, a new underground hip hop club owned and operated by YG Entertainment, one of Korea’s biggest talent agencies that has produced some of the world’s biggest K-pop superstars such as Jinusean, 1TYM, SE7EN, BIGBANG, 2NE1, and PSY.

 

 

Strategically located at the heart of Mapo-gu where YG’s headquarters is, the basement club attracts personalities like international DJs, music producers and of course, the “Young Bloods” of Seoul. The “young bloods” is an underground community consists of some of Korea’s young “it” personalities like Eiji, Masashi, Han Hyun Min, Kim Da Woon, and Iron Jagang.

The party featured rapper, singer and songwriter ONE (Jung Jae-won) and Mino, lead rapper and vocalist of Winner. We only have four words to describe it: out of this world!
