MANILA, Philippines — American band Lifehouse is all set for a concert in the Philippines at the Mall of Asia Arena tonight.

This is the third time the band— composed of lead vocalist Jason Wade, drummer Rick Woolstenhulme Jr., bass guitarist Bryce Soderberg and new guitarist Steve Stout—will perform in the country, and their first since their two-year hiatus in 2013.

The band enthused their fondness for the country during the press conference for their Manila concert recently.

“Our memories in the Philippines have always been amazing, because it is maybe  the one place in the world where we can play album tracks that are not commercial singles, per se,” Jason said.

He added: “People actually relate to it.  We can all be in the same gigantic arena with a song that is not a commercial single.’

During their press conference, the band also invited boxer Manny Pacquiao to sing with them during their concert.
