The Paris Beach Club, the main amenity of Century Properties’ Azure Urban Resort Residences, is Paris’ first real estate project in the Philippines. The project is just the beginning of more property venture for the former reality TV star.

“I traveled all around the world. I’ve been to the most incredible places — Ibiza, South of France, Fiji — so I basically took all my favorite aspects out of all those different locations and put it all in the Paris Beach Club,” Paris said.

She described it as a “dream project.”

The three-floor beach club inside the Azure residential complex fronts a man-made beach that features white sand from various beaches in the Philippines.

It also has a 20-meter lap pool and a children’s pool. The actual beach club — which is exclusive to residents of Azure — has game rooms, indoor and outdoor restaurants, healthy spas and gyms and a candy bar.

Century Properties Co-Chief Operating Officer John Victor Antonio said it took them six months to finish the design of the beach club as they coordinated with Paris during the conceptualization of the project.
