MANILA, Philippines - Julius Babao (photo) exposes a couple who allegedly locks their 15-year-old daughter in a room so their pot sessions will not be interrupted in Bistado today.
Bistado and the authorities conducted a surveillance operation in the couple’s house, which has turned into a drug den, and discovered that other minors have also been staying in the house for the pot sessions.
Julius also reveals modus operandi of a taxi driver, who flees from taxi operators with the vehicle entrusted to him.
