CEBU, Philippines - The Bradford United Church of Christ, Inc. (BUCCI) Zealots strolled past the Word International Ministries (WIM), 56-43, in the 34-above category of the 1st Fellowship Christian Athletes Basketball League (FCABL) season at the Living Word gym.
In the other game, the Living Word Church defeated the Christian Workers Basketball Association (CWBA), 76-65, in the 35-above division.
In the other matches played at the old Sacred Heart School campus along General Maxilom Avenue, the ACES of coach Al Solis scored a masterful 62-42 victory over the Blessed Hope-1, while the Bible Baptist Church blasted Blessed Hope-2, 84-37.
Also, Couples Living Word edged out Cebu Bethel Temple, 68-53, even as the Bradford United Church of Christ in the Philippines (BUCCP) escaped with a 66-60 win over Praise Cathedral.
