PCS-CEVC wins showdown with BOYBA

CEBU – The Philippine College of Surgeons-Cebu Eastern Visayas Chapter’s celebration of its PCS Foundation Week became more memorable when it beat the Between Old and Young Basketball Association (BOYBA) All-Stars, 98-94, in their exhibition match recently at the Capitol Parish gym.

PCS-CEVC, however, needed an extra five-minute period before taking away the victory.

The two protagonists engaged in a tight-rope battle right from the start resulting into an 82-all deadlock at the end of the regulation period, thus, the overtime.
