Woman, lover,  caught naked together

CEBU, Philippines — A tricycle driver and a married woman were arrested midnight Wednesday after her husband caught them naked in their house in Sitio Dakit, Barangay Awihao, Toledo City, Cebu.

The woman, 33, and her lover, 37, are currently detained pending the filing of a criminal complaint against them.

Police Captain Paca, Toledo City Police Station deputy chief, said the husband, a construction worker, came to the station Tuesday evening to seek assistance after he saw his wife and the tricycle driver together in their house.

When the police arrived at the house, they found the woman and the tricycle driver still naked.

Paca said the wife, a saleslady, used to come to her husband s workplace to wait for him to finish work.

That changed when the husband gave her a cellphone.

The relationship of the couple, who have no children, deteriorated to the point where he threatened to have their marriage nullified.

Paca said the tricycle driver met the woman at a mall where she worked.

The woman allegedly told the tricycle driver that she was married but was already separated from her husband.

The man even said that on the night they got caught, he even already had a talk with her parents.

Paca said the tricycle driver apologized to the husband and expressed hope that they would not be charged because he was ready to break up with her.

Paca, though, said the husband was determined to file a complaint of adultery against his wife and the tricycle driver.  — /RHM (FREEMAN)
